Dinner with Native Plants
On January 19, as part of the Culture and Nature Festival, an exclusive evening full of Loreto’s flavors was experienced, bringing together efforts to support biodiversity, sustainable use, and local producers.

During this dinner, a unique menu was presented, designed to highlight the flavors of the Loreto region, made with native plants and organic products from local ranches committed to conservation and responsible production.
Each dish was a work of art, showcasing the best of the land with fresh and authentic ingredients. This special evening marked the first anniversary of Conserva Loreto.

This event was an opportunity to celebrate and recognize the efforts of those working for the conservation of Loreto’s natural and cultural environment. Initiatives like this aim to protect biodiversity and contribute to the development of a more prosperous community for everyone.
