CEB 5/2 Students Explore the Biodiversity of La Negrita Estuary on World Beaches Day

As part of World Beaches Day, Conserva Loreto organized a guided visit to La Negrita Estuary with students from Centro de Estudios de Bachillerato (CEB) 5/2, providing an opportunity to explore and appreciate the biodiversity found within this important wetland in Loreto.

During the visit, participants had the opportunity to connect with the natural environment and reflect on the importance of wetlands, their role in coastal ecosystems, and the need to protect these habitats that support a wide variety of species.

The activity also encouraged environmental awareness among young people, highlighting the importance of keeping beaches and natural areas clean while promoting actions that contribute to their conservation.

Through experiences like this, Conserva Loreto aims to strengthen the connection between younger generations and their natural surroundings, encouraging knowledge, appreciation, and active participation in protecting the ecosystems of our region.
